The supplier of most of these labels has discontinued new releases. This will probably lead to the deletion of all of these items in the near future, so this may be your last chance to order these items. If the supplier no longer offers these titles, for all practical purposes they will become impossible to obtain. We expect to be offering most Parnassus Custom Video titles, and many additional items, on DVD over the next few months. Please let us know if you want to be informed of these issues.

Payments may be made in dollars or sterling. Sterling checks must be made payable to Leslie Gerber. Sterling customers should include the exchange rate they have used. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express charge orders; please provide account number and expiration date (in two separate emails if you wish). New York State customers please add appropriate sales tax for your area.

Orders may be stockpiled to reduce shipping charges. Airmail rates will be quoted on request. We guarantee receipt of all records in satisfactory condition. Parnassus and the US Postal Service are liable only for the declared, insured value of packages. Foreign customers, especially those buying few items, may wish to pay for them and have us HOLD them until a more economical package can be made. We are happy to provide this stockpiling service for any customer. Please just ask. Some customers have asked about the higher shipping charges. The reason for the odd formulas is that the US Postal Service now starts the overseas insurable parcel post rates at 5 lbs. |
